A dry red wine produced from Petit Verdot grapes harvested by hand from a single vineyard near Shilo in the Binyamin region. The wine underwent wild yeast fermentation in small tanks while the grape skins were mixed manually to extract color and flavor, and was then aged in French oak barrels. Unfiltered.
A full-bodied wine with pleasant fruitiness. Excellent aging potential.
