An ice wine-style dessert wine, produced using Viognier grapes from a select Ella Valley vineyard. The wine underwent a special process involving freezing and gentle pressing, and was then fermented for around 18 months at a low temperature. Excellent aging potential for many years.

Produced from very late hand-harvested Shiraz and Petit Verdot grapes from single vineyards in the town of Shilo. The wine underwent lengthy, prolonged fermentation due to the high sugar concentration while the grape skins were mixed manually to extract color and flavor. After pressing, the wine was aged for 5 years in French oak barrels.
An exceptional red wine produced from late harvest grapes. The wine has a rich, flavorful sweetness balanced with good acidity. Numbered limited edition.
