Dry white wines
Chenin Blanc 2018
A dry white wine produced from Chenin Blanc grapes grown in a mature vineyard in Kokhav HaShahar. The grapes were harvested by hand before undergoing whole-bunch pressing. Fermentation was carried out at 12-15°C.
The wine was aged for a short period in new French oak barrels, giving it an interesting twist.
A fruity, refreshing, refined, aromatic wine with a pleasant finish.
Blanc de Noir 2019
A dry wine with an appealing light pink tone. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in a vineyard in the village of Esh Kodesh in the Binyamin region. The grapes were harvested by hand before undergoing whole-bunch pressing. Fermentation was carried out at 12-15°C.
A fruity, refreshing, refined, aromatic wine with a pleasant finish.
Rosé 2019
A dry wine with a light reddish tone. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in a vineyard in Esh Kodesh and a little Petit Verdot from Har Bracha. The grapes were harvested by hand and lightly macerated before pressing. Fermentation was carried out at 12-15°C.
A refreshing wine with good acidity, very enjoyable to drink.
