A dry red wine produced from Cabernet Franc grapes harvested by hand from a single vineyard on the slopes of Har Bracha in Samaria. The wine underwent wild yeast fermentation in small tanks while the grape skins were mixed manually to extract color and flavor, and was then aged in French oak barrels.

A rich, powerful wine with a full, complex body. Long aging potential.
