An ice wine-style dessert wine, produced using Viognier grapes from a select Ella Valley vineyard. The wine underwent a special process involving freezing and gentle pressing, and was then fermented for around 18 months at a low temperature. Excellent aging potential for many years.
A concentrated dessert wine with aromas of tropical fruits and honey, and a long, delightful finish. Place in the freezer for an hour before serving.
