24K Gewürztraminer 2011
An ice wine-style dessert wine, produced using Gewürztraminer grapes from a select Upper Galilee vineyard. The wine underwent a special process involving freezing and gentle pressing, and was then fermented for around 6 months at a low temperature. Excellent aging potential for many years.
A concentrated dessert wine with a tropical fruit aroma, mainly lychee, and a long, delightful finish. Place in the freezer for an hour before serving.
